Small, intimate classes create space for focus, self-discovery, and personal growth. About your guide: Belinda Hoang delivers integrative wellness offerings that will help you deeply relax, calm the mind, and stretch the body. Her teaching began in 2014 and continues to evolve, with a range of trainings that include Yoga Therapeutics to Vedic Thai Bodywork. She offers premium meditation and yoga opportunities in the form of public classes, private sessions, workshops, and retreats.
