Immerse in nature’s restorative power as we discuss healing dimensions of plant/plants in this Contemplative Aromatherapy Circle. Experience the essential oil/oils of the day (each month we will focus on different oil/oils) and the multi-layered benefits by integrating Aromatherapy, Awareness and Breathing Techniques. The combination of these Plant Prana practices brings about deep yet gentle shifts mentally, emotionally, physically and energetically.
A handout and mini sample of the essential oil are included for you to take home. No experience is necessary.
