## NW Veg Vancouver Potluck
This Month Presentation:
# “Understanding Tofu, Tempeh, Seitan, and Soy Curls”
By Linda Tyler, “The Gracious Vegan”
Linda Tyler or Gracious Vegan as her web site says, is a fabulous chief, and a wonderful teacher. She said, “since not everyone is familiar with Tofu, Tempeh, Seitan or Soy Curls, I thought this may be a great topic to cover.” We’ll have an informal presentation and discussion about tofu, tempeh, soy curls, and seitan, focusing on their nutritional values and how they can be used in everyday meals. These wonderful foods can add healthy protein to your diet and provide just the right texture to many dishes.
The potluck begins at 5:30 PM, and the presentation follows at 6:30 PM. Please bring only plant-based (no animal products, including honey), main dish, salad or dessert, a card listing ingredients;and plates/cups/utensils for your own use.
