Most events are classes and special workshops at Vitalidad Movement Arts Center as well as dance socials. We also occasionally post other events!

You’ll learn essential footwork, rhythm, timing, and partner connection for each style—broken down in a clear, approachable way. We focus on building a strong foundation while keeping the energy fun, supportive, and engaging.
