Afro-Cuban Workshop with Donna Mation of Vivan Los Elementos

In this workshop we will touch on some Rhythms and dances for the Orishas Chango and Ochun during the first half of class.

The second half of the workshop will be Rumba with a focus on Guaguancó.

All levels of dance are welcome!!

I will be covering the basics as well as a few more complex steps so there will be a little challenge for everyone.
