Migrate a VM off VMware — hands-on, live cluster (Berlin)

10:00–14:00 Berlin time (CEST)

You bring your toughest VMware problem. You leave with a migrated VM and a step-by-step plan.
Broadcom changed the rules for VMware, and staying on the old model just got expensive. Support for vSphere 7 has ended. Leaving everything "as is" is no longer a free option. This one still is: a 4-hour hands-on workshop, free with registration, puts you on a live Cozystack cluster — an open, CNCF-hosted virtualization platform — where you migrate a real virtual machine off a running VMware host, start to finish. Expect three-plus hours at a terminal, not slides.
👤 Hosted by
Timur Tukaev — Cozystack maintainer and Ænix co-founder. No sales pitches or marketing fluff — we name the platform's weak points before its strong ones.
🎯 Who should attend?

• VMware Admins & Sysadmins: Concepts you already know, no Kubernetes required.
• Infrastructure Leads & DevOps/Platform Engineers: Dealing with price hikes and exploring alternatives.

🚫 Not for:

• Marketers, "cloud enthusiasts", or non-infrastructure roles.
