Circle Singing & Vocal Improvisation Choir - No Experience Needed!
Join us for a Circle Singing & Vocal Improvisation course, where creativity and fun meet in a welcoming choir environment. No prior experience required! If you can keep a steady beat and sing a melody, you're ready to participate.
Course Details:
Duration: 6 weeks, with weekly 1.5-hour sessions
When: Every Monday evening, choose between 19:00-20:30 or 20:45-22:15
Adress: Mercatorplein 3H (in the venue Supermercator)
Pricing:
€7 for a trial lesson
€72 for the full 6-week course

What You’ll Do:
Explore your voice: Experiment with different sounds and textures.
Create together: Build musical phrases and improvise stories using rhythm and melody.
Learn improvisation cues: Discover how to direct each other with techniques from Walter Thompson’s method.
Each session offers a chance to gain confidence in vocal improvisation while having fun collaborating with others. Together, we’ll explore how to blend our voices and create unique, spontaneous soundscapes.
At the end of the course, we’ll celebrate with a final presentation to showcase the musical journey we’ve shared.
