Denada is a Software Engineer working for FlixBus, a German tech based mobility company. Her main focus are digital assistants and their application in customer support via different channels be it voice or UI-based. Currently her hands-on tech stack includes Python, AWS and tools which help to build bots including Dialogflow, AOG and Facebook Messenger.

Tim is co-founder of 169 Labs in Munich and Cologne, one of the leading german voice assistant agencies. With expertise in UX / UI design and several years of conversational design experience he is now responsible for the conception, design and marketing of voice applications. Tim is also one of 38 Alexa Champions worldwide.
