Engineering Workshop: Building Cross-Platform Voice Apps

Details

Hey Voice Tech TO!

We are super happy to announce the next workshop in our Voice Product Development series. So far we’ve gone a long way from initial user research all the way to high fidelity prototyping and validation. Our next step will be building the actual voice app for both Amazon alexa and Google Assistant.

The venue
This time Voice Tech TO will be kindly hosted and sponsored by Connected (connected.io).

Who should attend
This workshop will be most useful for Engineers but Designers and Product Managers, who want some insight into the technical side of things, are welcome to join.

What you will learn
In our workshop series we are building a voice app for ESL Students, which would help them learn the language easier with the help of a voice assistant. In this workshop we will go through an introductory codelab on how to build a cross-platform voice app using the framework Jovo (https://www.jovo.tech/).
