Volleyball + Christmas Picnic

What to expect:
We will start the day as usual, setting up and playing volleyball.
There will be some drinks provided to hydrate you through the day.
At ~7pm (give or take half an hour) we will have food delivered to the park, so that we can gather around, eat, drink and socialise.
Cost (cash only):
Drinks only option: Volleyball + drinks: $5 each
Food option: Volleyball + drinks + food: $10 each
Drinks: The idea is to get a variety of drinks, including soft drinks (e.g. coke, fanta, sprite), juices (e.g. orange, apple), and water.
Food: Most likely this will be pizzas.
RSVP:
This event will be "closed" and work via the waitlist system.
Reason? We will be prioritising regular attendees over 1st timers.
If there is space available, we will then welcome new/1st time attendees. We usually aim for ~42 attendees.
If you want to join this event, RSVP, then answer the questions and wait to be moved form the "Waitlist" to the "Going" list.
RSVP Questions:
The first question, whether you will be joining us for "drinks only" or "food + drinks" MUST be answered.
All other questions are optional. The more information we have, the better we will be able to cater to group.
Other questions include:
Your drink + food preferences.
You can say advise categories, e.g. "soft drinks", "juices", "water", or even be more specific e.g. coke, fanta, sprite, orange, apple, etc.
Pizza types & toppings preferences.
Issues with foods
If there are certain foods that you cannot have (for whatever reason), please let us know. We may or may not be able to cater for this. We will try, but cannot guarantee this. If this is a real issue/concern with you, we recommend you avoid the food option and maybe bring your own.
Some people may choose to bring alcohol to drink (and we may even provide some for some attendees). It appears that it is okay to do this (as best as we can tell). However, for this reason, when you RSVP, we will also ask you if you are over 18 years old and if you look under 25 years old, we will ask you to bring and show us your ID.
