# Volleyball Meetup – New Time, New Place!

### Important: Indoor Shoes Required

• You must wear indoor sports shoes (not used outside).
• Preferably non-marking soles (not black unless true indoor shoes).
• Without proper shoes, the sportshall staff may not allow you to play.

### Schedule

• 10:45 → Arrive & get ready
• 11:00 – 11:30 → Warm-up & small training
• 11:30 – 13:00 → Friendly matches (3 teams, rotating)

Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can start warming up on time.

### ✅ RSVP Rules

• Keep your RSVP up to date, even if you’re on the waiting list.
• If you can’t make it, cancel as soon as possible (comment or message an organizer).
• ❌ Two no-shows or last-minute cancellations (same day of the event) WITHOUT COMMENT OR PM = 4-week ban.

### ⚡ Matches Format

• Max 18 players → Split into 3 teams of 6.
• Games to 15 points (rally point system).
• Opponents rotate after each set.

If the waiting list is long, we may book a second field (depending on availability and balance of players).

### Fee

• €2 per person (covers field booking, Meetup fee, balls & equipment).

### Guests

• Guests are welcome but must register & RSVP themselves.

### Meeting Point

• Directly at the sport hall.
• Bring an extra volleyball if you have one!
