Become a Volunteer Tutor - 2026- 2027 School Year

Restored for More is 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that exists to help youth from at-risk communities in the St. Louis metro area through tutoring and mentoring. We send tutors and mentors into schools and after school programs to empower youth with the skills they need to break cycles of poverty, crime, and addiction- skills that will support them on their path to success as they transition from youth to young adults.

We are actively looking for volunteers who are willing to tutor at least 1 economically disadvantaged student per week for 30-90 minutes at a local St. Louis City or County School or after school program. Based on volunteer availability, we can pair you with the best school and after school site that meets your need. We resource all of our volunteers with training and materials needed, and we partner with organizations that are doing the same. This is a great opportunity for retired teachers, grandparents, aunts, education-students, or high school students needing service hours: anyone who has a heart for the youth of St. Louis to succeed.

Training and background checks are required once approved. Volunteer opportunity runs from September to mid-May (with some summer options) for the 2026-2027 school year. Express your interest by filling out our volunteer application.
