It's always an amazing day when we get to work with the team at Second Chance, and we're so happy to be back with them for our September #SecondSaturday!

Second Chance is an incredible organization that gives not only salvaged materials a second chance, but also people. The revenue they generate by collecting, restoring, and selling salvaged materials assists Baltimoreans with various employment obstacles by giving them a second chance in the workforce through training and development.

Join us at Second Chance's warehouse at 1700 Ridgely Street in Baltimore, 21230. We will work with Second Chance team members to prepare their inventory for pricing and merchandising with tasks like material organization, furniture cleaning, and more. All necessary safety equipment (such as gloves, safety glasses, etc.) will be provided.

Important Note: Please be sure to fill out the Second Chance waiver prior to arriving at the event to ensure that we can get the most out of our time!

Attire: Closed-toe shoes, long pants, and clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Please note, the Second Chance building is NOT climate controlled, so dress accordingly.

Parking: Large lot on-site.

Afterparty: After we're done volunteering, we'll head to Pickett Brewing for the afterparty. We hope to see you there!
