Hey VBC crew! Ready to roll up your sleeves and make a splash for a cleaner Boise River? Join us Saturday, March 7th, 2026, from 10 AM to 12 PM for a rewarding morning of giving back—followed by some well-earned beers!
📍 Where: Meet up in front of Barbarian Brewery, Garden City
🛠️ What: Team up with Boise River Enhancement Network (BREN) to clean the shoreline and forest along the Boise River.
⏰ How long: 2 hours of community-powered action
🍺 After: Celebrate our hard work with a cold beer (or two) at Barbarian Brewery!
BREN will kick things off with a quick orientation and supply everything we need—trash bags, non-latex gloves, grabbers, hand sanitizer, and a first aid kit.
Bring: Your best “I’m-ready-to-get-dirty” long pants and close-toed shoes!
Why does it matter? Because clean rivers and green spaces make vibrant communities! Every piece of trash we pick up adds up, helping BREN keep Boise's beautiful waterways healthy for everyone to enjoy.
We’ll even weigh our haul to contribute to BREN’s yearly cleanup stats!
