Bring Cheer to Senior Citizens (La Habra)

It's my understanding that some of the older folks at the assisted living facility get pretty lonely. I've organized a monthly outreach event to seniors at Whitten Heights Assisted Living Facility in La Habra on the second Sunday of every month from 1:30 to 3:00pm. We will be meeting in the lobby at 1:30 and will be escorted to the residents community room where we will celebrate the birthdays that the residents have each month. Then we will spend time listening, talking and laughing with them. They are seniors in the memory care program but we are looking forward to sharing joy in the moment with them.
