Meet Mike Poniatowski. Sierra Club Endorsed Candidate for County Council

Our May Social aligns with the anniversary of the founding of the Sierra Club in 1892! Come join us for a meet and greet with Mike Poniatowski. He is running for the Volusia County Council At Large seat (every resident of the county may vote in this race).

During whatever spare time he had in his career in public safety (firefighter, police officer and paramedic), he has fought tirelessly against developers to preserve the rural character of Tomoka Farms Village. This includes the recent win against the proposed Creek Crossing development.

This event will be held at Tiki Docks in Port Orange. We have the covered deck reserved. Space is limited so please register. Food and drinks are not provided but some of our members will be purchasing appetizers to share.
