Hi! I’m Kate, a certified Laughter Yoga leader through Laughter Yoga International, and I’m excited to share this joyful practice with our community.
Laughter Yoga combines simple breathing exercises, playful movement, and laughter exercises — no comedy skills required! It’s a lighthearted way to relieve stress, boost mood, and connect with others in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
