About us

I started Vortex Bloom Singles Power Group because I noticed so many people in our community were tired of the usual dating scene and really wanted something more meaningful. It felt like everyone was swiping endlessly or going on surface level dates with no real connection. I wanted to create a space where singles who are genuinely looking for love could meet in a relaxed, fun way where the focus is on building real bonds, not just quick matches. It just made sense to bring people together through experiences that spark real conversation and connection.

Most of our events are social mixers built around fun, interactive activities think themed dinner nights, outdoor adventures, game nights, or even cooking classes. These aren’t your typical awkward meetups. We design each event so there’s natural conversation, laughter, and shared moments. Sometimes we’ll mix in workshops on communication or connection, but mostly we keep it light and engaging so people can just be themselves and see where genuine chemistry takes them.

After events, members naturally stay in touch through shared interests, and many form little friend groups that meet up on their own. We also have a simple system for opt in connection sharing after events so if you hit it off with someone, you can exchange info with mutual consent. A lot of our members say the best part is how easy it feels to stay connected because the group fosters such a warm, inclusive vibe.

We’re proudly based right here in Austin, and we love taking advantage of everything this city has to offer from cozy downtown lounges to scenic spots by the lake. Whether you’re new to town or a longtime local, you’ll find that our events are rooted in the local culture and energy that makes Austin so unique.
