Embracing the Shadow in Challenging Times, with Lorraine Goldbloom (FREE)

The VortexHealers Community Clinic free online group healing sessions are typically offered on the 3rd Sunday of each month, starting at 11:00 AM Pacific. On March 16th special guest VortexHealing® Teacher Lorraine Goldbloom will lead the team of practitioners, this month's focus will be Embracing the Shadow in Challenging Times.

There are times in life when we are called to examine aspects of ourselves that we find difficult to accept. We prefer to focus on what is good in ourselves, and this is a survival strategy, but the process of awakening requires us to look at our pain, especially at what we would rather avoid. This is where the deepest healing happens.

Our own process doesn’t happen in a vacuum and there are times in history when we are faced with a level of cruelty and malice that believing in the goodness of humanity is an impossible task. The world is unjust, and life is extremely depressing for many of us right now. It feels easier to give up than try to grapple with the reality of harm and suffering.

Yet this is often when the most powerful transformation can take place. It’s not always possible to cocoon ourselves until we feel better. In order to move forward, we must find a way to meet the darkest places in ourselves with compassion. This opens the path to freedom because if you can awaken there, you can awaken anywhere. And we bring that understanding to the world around us.

Participants will be invited to work with an issue of their choice. The healing is designed to bring awareness, compassion, and freedom to these shadow places that we all have. Together we will explore how to awaken out of the patterns and conditioning that our pain creates.

These monthly sessions are organized by volunteers who are enthusiastic to share this transformative healing work and led by someone trained at the highest levels of the VortexHealing® lineage, supported by a team of VortexHealers channeling energy together, for a very powerful impact.

After a brief introduction the healing portion of the session will last for about 50-55 minutes, then there will be some time for conversation if anyone would like to share about their experience or ask questions.

NOTE: you must have a zoom account and be logged into it to get into the zoom room, and the Zoom room will be locked at 10 minutes past the hour, once the healing has begun. If you are in the zoom room at the beginning then lose internet or drop off the call during the session you will still be in the healing field, just relax and receive until 12pm PDT.
