VR/AR Meetup - 'How to create impactful immersion with 360 film & spatial sound'

This month we have two speakers talking about two sides of the same project and how they came together to create an impactful & immersive experience...

Joshka Wessels

Joshka Wessels is a documentary director and VR immersive experience. She is a part-time researcher at the Virtual Reality Lab at Lund University and freelance VR360 creator and filmmaker. She will be talking about her experience creating an immersive VR 360 film experience called "Escape from Sweden" which won the prize for Best VR at Skånes Pixel Filmfestival in Malmö in 2018.

Tim Bishop

Making work that spans performance, installation and moving image, as well as other currently undefined areas. Tim is a sound designer and performance artist who specialises in spacial audio. As well as discussing the core concepts of spacial sound Tim will talk about his role in creating the soundscape for "Escape from Sweden".
