I also invite you to join the Mass Timber City Online Community. This community is beta testing and in the very early stages of develpment. Membership is free and we are adding fields and functionality to the member profile section so members can share project and company images, videos and details with external links.

There are also 14 groups focused on diverse mass timber topics.

I am working with the US Forest Service, Tallwood Design Institute and other organizations in the US, Europe and Australia to build and connect the mass timber industries. With demand for mass timber exceeding supply combined with growing demand for housing and shortages of construction professionals, now is an ideal time to build mass timber buildings systems and online communities. The PNW already leads the nation in developing a mass timber supply chain and growth is accelerating.

Contact me if you would like to volunteer to help organize and build the community or sponsor events or the community. My "job" is mass timber digital fabrication and not event organizing ;).

FYI - Our company www.cutmytimber.com has 20 CLT projects completed or underway including this building in Port Angeles
https://dwpwebcams.com/portangeles/slideshow.htm
and the Quiluete Tribal School in La Push
https://www.rfmarch.com/work/quileute-tribal-school/
and multiple buildings in Portland including
https://leverarchitecture.com/projects/adidas_north_american_headquarters_expansion

We are also in discussions on multiple mass timber buildings in the Seattle area that will look similar to our Albina Yard project in Portland

running to try and keep up.

Thanks,
Greg Howes
