JS Battle: Vue vs React

Details
ℹ️ About
An entry-level discussion of two super popular JavaScript tools for building contemporary web applications and three scrappy developers' transition. Whether you're familiar with one, the other or neither, this talk's for you.
Afterwards, Ben will update us on the latest going-ons with Vue.
🗣️ Speakers:
The speakers for this talk are Clarissa Stark, Adrian Wyatt and Kevon Eaglin.
Clarissa Stark landed in Washington, DC after college and caught the politics bug (with which she is still afflicted). After half a decade of coming up with solutions as a Democratic digital strategist, she decided to start creating some bugs of her own: JavaScript bugs, to be precise. After one coding bootcamp and five years of Ruby and React, she’s made and squashed more bugs than she knows what to do with. If you love politics, sci-fi or have ever played the video game Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime, feel free to drop her a note at clarissa.stark@gmail.com.
Adrian Wyatt has been successfully masquerading as a software developer for the past six years and the ruse is yet to be discovered! She was born in Houston, TX, raised in New Orleans, got learned in Winston-Salem, NC and then ran around New York City performing poetry until she threw the checkerboard and enrolled at General Assembly in Washington, DC. Adventures continued and she is now a Software Engineer II at POLITICO.
Kevon Eaglin is a mostly self-taught software engineer who filled in his knowledge gaps with boot camp. He writes code; mainly in JavaScript but Ruby has a special place in his heart, too. Sometimes he writes words. The former is published far more often than the latter. He makes a weekly nerd podcast and co-organizes a DC-based gaming community. He is always down to talk nerdy about tech, anime, gaming, and note-taking/personal knowledge management.
