With Christmas just around the corner, Santa brought us two amazing speakers, and their talks about new APIs introduced in Vue 3. Lindsay will walk us through the script setup API while Ben will tackle the new Composition API. We hope you are ready and as excited as we are.

With the release of Vue.js 3, one of the most discussed features is the Composition API. Common questions include:
- "What is the Composition API?"
- "How are Vue.js apps built with the Object API impacted?"
- “What are the benefits and/or trade-offs?"
In this talk, Ben will be answering all of those questions and hosting a live coding session to show an overview of how the Composition API works in Vue 3.

🎤 - Migrating to script setup in Vue 3
👨🏼🏫 - Lindsay Wardell, Software Engineer at NoRedInk and co-host of the Views on Vue podcast
Vue 3.2 brought the script setup option for SFC's to a stable form and is the recommended pattern going forward for writing Vue components. We will take an existing codebase with the Options API and convert it to using Composition API and script setup
