Magic of Thinking Big : Beyond personal careers

Vydeya Networks is a community for mid-career professionals who are done processing career anxiety in isolation and are ready to start building their next move alongside people who get it.

What to expect from this meetup:

Magic of Thinking Big: Beyond personal careers

Your job title was given to you by a company. It doesn't describe what you're actually capable of.

This meetup helps you close that gap. We will pull the real capability out of one thing you did at work, then talk about how to make that capability visible to others, so it doesn't stay stuck in your resume.
Expect:

• A live example of the extraction method
• Small group work on your own experience
• A short exercise to draft your one line positioning statement
• Open discussion on what stops us from putting ourselves out there

Bring one work experience you're willing to talk about. Leave with a sentence you can post this week.

Part of our ongoing series on turning job experience into personal capability.

Free. Weekly. Online. No pitch, no pressure, just a room doing the work together.

The session will be in the form of discussions and Q&A

Who should come:
Mid-career professionals in IT, BPO, finance, or any field feeling the squeeze of AI-driven change, plus anyone rethinking what's next and wanting a peer network to test ideas against.
