Social Mixer & Closing: 8:20 PM – 8:45 PM

Promptness: Please arrive on time. Check-in and social hour is from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Late arrivals disrupt event flow, so arriving on time ensures the best experience.
Attendance: To maintain balanced ratios and ensure proper planning, no refunds will be offered under any circumstances. Please purchase your ticket only if you're sure you'll attend.
