W2-Weight Two- is a weight-training-based fitness program that finds the right alignment, posture, and movement of the body. You can feel the effect of 1:1 training in the group through specific topics and various approaches in each class.
We discovered that it is difficult to find group exercise opportunities for expat women in Korea.
This is why W2 offers the chance to women who are eager for a program like ours.

Date: May 2 Tuesday
Time: 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Place: Club K Seoul ACROTEL B1, 524, Seolleung-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul
What to need: Gym wear, gym shoes, socks
Procedure for Entry:
1. Visit Club K Seoul's reception on floor B1. Exchange the shoe rack key (purple) for a locker key at the front desk.
2. Inform the receptionist that you are here for W2(weight-two) class. Then check your name on the seating chart.
3. Get a towel and Club K gym wear (if needed) from reception, then enter to the locker room on the right to change into your gym wear.
4. Take your indoor gym shoes and move to the gym on floor B2 through the door across from the locker room.
5. Put your shoes on and enter the large GX Room 1 that you can see straight ahead, and place the mat in the spot you checked when you entered.

* Beginners are welcome.
* The class is conducted in English.
* Fee: One-day Class 50,000 KRW for 2 hours; pay at each visit
* Shower/Parking available (no additional charge)
