Welcome to WAAMtastic Toastmasters!
Are you afraid of public speaking, or want to improve your communication and build leadership skills? If yes, then Toastmasters is the place for you!
When you visit WAAMtastic Toastmasters, you'll find:
- A friendly and welcoming club, with creative, fun and engaging meetings
- A safe space to practice your public speaking, listening and leadership skills
- Encouraging members who help one another improve communication skills through constructive feedback and mentoring
- A learn-by-doing environment that lets you achieve your goals at your own pace
- Greater self-confidence, self-awareness and personal growth
- Inspiration from hearing other member's speeches and seeing their personal growth
We always welcome guests to visit our meetings a few times to check if our club fits them before they decide to join.

Public Speaking Meeting: Come join us for a fun get together! (HYBRID MEETING)
Calgary Central Library , 800 3 St SE, Calgary, AB T2G 2E7, 3rd floor, room 3-10B, Calgary, AB, CAIMPORTANT NOTES about our hybrid meetings:
- We are excited to hold our monthly hybrid meeting on Wednesday 12th November at the Calgary Central Library, Room 3-10b (800 3 St SE, Calgary, AB T2G 2E7). If you need directions in the library to find our meeting, please ask a librarian for Room 3-10b.
- If interested in joining the meeting, please RSVP and let us know if you are coming in person or online. Our room can only accommodate a maximum of 16 people.
- The same Zoom link will be used for those joining the meeting online.
