Doing an Energy Healing Session can help you get in touch with your inner healer again. And, it may help you to rediscover your balance and find your ease and flow.
In a session, I will get in touch with your energy field and listen to what is expressed in your energetic body. These aspects can be related to your body, to your emotions, to certain beliefs that you have – to thought patterns and habits.
If you are ready to change one of these, it can get start to get processed and released by a session.
The methodology, I am using, is based on a blend of biodynamic craniosacral therapy with shamanic practices. What supports my work further, is my intuition that I have developed in my personal healing journey as a «former-perfectionist». ;-)
My goal is to support you with the current part of your self healing journey – so, you will come into your full power, again.
What you need:
- an intention about what you would like to heal or change in your life
- a quiet space where you will not be interrupted and can get comfortable for our call
- some free time to rest after the call, so you don't need to rush
- please refrain from alcohol and recreational drugs for 24 hours before the session – and, from coffee for a few hours before the session. – if you can :-)
What I offer:
- a session for a reduced fee – as I am still practicing
- 60 minutes, online, via video call
