Grayson Lake, KY Paddle &Camp Weekend

Join us for an unforgettable weekend in Kentucky at Grayson Lake State Park, and Grayson Lake Reservoir. Grayson is an amazing lake to paddle; narrow, with lots of nooks and crannies to explore. We will make our way to the grotto, where you pull yourself through the narrow slot canyon to a hidden waterfall - other waterfalls & beautiful scenery are everywhere. We may also rent a pontoon to see more of the lake if that is of interest. This is a big lake, so having a larger boat and experience will come in handy here.

Grayson Lake Campgrounds is one of the most pristine campgrounds I've been to. Large, well-kept sites welcome campers with tents, RV, trailers or whatever you have. You cannot paddle from the campgrounds, put-in for the lake is a couple of miles away, so you will need a way to transport your boat. Let's get a line of sites together - so that we can fully enjoy the area - I am hoping for some leaf colors - to make this one of the best trips of the year.
