For the folks who are not going to Black Out this Weekend, let's hike Lafayette Reservoir. The Upper Trail is about 5 miles with a few steep inclines/declines on dirt trails. There is also a lower trail that is 2.7 miles of paved terrain with very little elevation.
We'll be meeting at 8:30 am (a little later start since the parking lot is a little bigger) by the restrooms on the right side of the parking lot. As you drive up the hill, the trail start and restrooms are to the right. Parking is to the left. Parking is I believe $3 for two hours or $7 for the entire day (The majority will finish within 2 hours). Please arrive with enough time to pay for parking at the machines(or booth if paying for the entire day), stretching and bathroom visits. We'll be hitting the trail at 8:45, if you are late, follow the blue chalk please.

Please remember shoes with good traction, water or an energy drink, and snack.
