Open Day - Stanley Ferry Workshop

This workshop will be opening their doors for people to have a look around for a heritage open day in September. It is one of only two places in the UK where canal lock gates are manufactured and refurbished, supporting 2000 miles of waterway infrastructure across the country.

We'll meet at the workshop itself, take a look around and hopefully learn a few interesting facts, then head over the road to the Stanley Ferry pub next to the marina for a drink.

(Unfortunately neither the workshop or pub are dog-friendly 😟 sorry!)
