Wake the women is a space where I guide women to fully embody who they are, at any age, and to become wildly fully expressed!
I am Emma Em
I’m 55. I am a coach. I dance. I do stand-up.
I am an artist of women’s awakening.
I create transformational spaces where women grow their confidence, pleasure and leadership.
In the spaces I facilitate, women reconnect with their body as a source of clarity, energy and creativity.
They reclaim their voice, release toxic patterns and create balance between strength and softness, vision and intuition.
My deepest wish: that women remember who they are
and never abandon themselves!
My approach is grounded, embodied and accessible.
After a MBA, I became a dancer and choreographer and founded a dance school with over 700 students.
Today, I mentor women on their expansion path.
Everything I share is lived, embodied and integrated.
