Weekend Retreat in the South of France - Awakening to Your Truth

This residential retreat will run from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon and will be led by Lizzy Platt.

The invitation is an opportunity to examine ourselves and our lives more deeply - and offers the chance for everyone to experience their own Awakening. This perspective can mean a kind of letting go of the search, a deep acceptance, and starting to look more from a place of unity using the heart as a compass.

We see things from the perspective of the container of all that is, which recognises the perfection of everything in it, and encourages us to find deeper meaning in the stories of our daily lives. In this way, we use the stories of our lives, as well as our individual qualities and points of view, to help us find a key. These keys allow us to deepen the meaning of what we see in front of us, without judgement and with a unique and individual experience for each person.

Lizzy will work with the group as a whole, people individually and sometimes in small groups too - to connect with each person exactly where they are at that moment. There will be exercises and an invitation to listen to what is already within us, our own song.

If you are ready to let go of ideas and simply be with what is here and now and available in each moment, then this retreat is for you. The group will stay together for the whole weekend and create a supportive and non-judgmental environment that will help everyone take the steps they are ready to take. No previous experience is required, everyone is welcome.

Practicalities: We will stay together in a residential space in Lagrasse, Aude; with accommodation costs kept to a minimum. Food will be simple shared meals where we all contribute together.
