Welcome to Wake Up Dublin, a community of young adults coming together to practice mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition.

We gather every other Sunday evening in Oscailt, 8 Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

During this time we pratice:
• Sitting meditation
• Walking meditation
• Reading
• Dharma sharing
• Deep relaxation

All young adults aged between 18-35 are welcome to attend. A donation of €5 will help towards the cover costs involved.

Plum Village was founded by Zen master, poet and peace activist Thich Naht Hanh (called Thây by his students). Thây was a global spiritual leader revered throughout the world for his powerful teachings and bestselling writings on mindfulness and peace. He was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 1967.

We are delighted to welcome you to this in-person sangha. We come together as a community to practice mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition. This Wake up Dublin sangha is aimed toward 18 - 35 year olds.

During these regular meetups we may practice some of the following:
• Sitting meditation
• Walking meditation/mindful movement
• Reading
• Singing meditation
• Dharma sharing

We kindly invite you to join five minutes early to give yourself the opportunity to truly arrive. We thank you for your support in joining together for a mindful start to the evening.

Donations of €5 are welcome to cover costs. We look forward to seeing you there!
