Learn to wakeboard or just continue to ride. Wakeboarding can give you a two hour core workout in fifteen minutes, without even thinking your working out. It works pretty much every muscle from your big toe to your smile 😁. Wakeboarding lessons consist of learning to get up, riding techniques and learning to Capitan a boat while pulling a rider. Class consists of two to five riders and run about three hours. So come get your wake on.
