Learn to wakeboard or just continue to ride. Wakeboarding can give you a two hour core workout in fifteen minutes, without even thinking your working out. It works pretty much every muscle from your big toe to your smile π. Wakeboarding lessons consist of learning to get up, riding techniques and learning to Capitan a boat while pulling a rider. Class consists of two to five riders and run about three hours. So come get your wake on.
