### What to Expect — Free Public Waking Dream Meditation

This is our free public Waking Dream Meditation, a lucid journey group experience led by Joseph. There is no charge to participate. Video participation is required to help facilitate the shared group experience, and all public sessions are recorded.

No previous meditation, visualization, or journeying experience is necessary. If you normally dream and remember your dreams, you already possess the natural ability needed to participate. Simply relax, let go of expectations, and allow the experience to unfold in your own way.

The session begins with our permanent-effect grounding process, designed to establish a grounded state that continues beyond the meditation without requiring repeated practice. This is followed by a temporary Chi Life-Force Battery Recharge facilitated by Joseph. During the recharge, participants are guided to channel what Cosmic Taoism describes as Christ-level energy through a temporary awakening of the heart chakra.

From there, the experience transitions into the lucid waking-dream journey. Rather than simply listening to a traditional guided meditation, participants remain consciously aware and actively engaged as the group enters a shared waking-dream experience. The journey may include natural landscapes, mystical or non-ordinary realities, spiritual guides, and other imagery or experiences that arise during the session.

Individual experiences and results will vary. We cannot guarantee a specific result, experience, or level of effect because every person has a different level of sensitivity and awareness. If you do not normally dream, or you do not remember your dreams, we recommend that you do not attend this group. As we enter the lucid waking-dream portion of the experience, you may be more likely to fall asleep and have little or no memory of the journey.

For those who participate, there is no expectation that everyone will see, feel, or experience the same things. Some participants may experience the journey vividly, while others may experience it more subtly. Your experience is your own, and there is no right or wrong way that the journey must unfold.

Because this is our free public Waking Dream Meditation, the session is recorded. By attending and participating, you acknowledge that the session is being recorded and give Cosmic Taoism permission to use portions of your participation and the recording for educational, podcast, social media, promotional, and other public-facing content.

For those who would prefer greater privacy, we also offer a Private Waking
Dream Meditation. The private experience is limited to 10 participants and is $75 per person. It is a one-hour group session, including approximately 30 minutes for the Waking Dream Meditation itself, with time before and afterward for questions, discussion, and sharing experiences.

Private sessions are also recorded for safety, security, and incident-documentation purposes. However, private-session recordings are not used for promotional, podcast, social media, educational, or other public-facing purposes. Participation in a private session does not grant Cosmic Taoism permission to publicly use or distribute the recording.

The only requirements for the free public experience are an open mind, a comfortable place to sit or lie down, your camera on, and a willingness to explore.
