Are you interested in deepening your meditation practice and exploring the nature of consciousness? Waking Up Meditation Tokyo is a community for those who use—or are curious about—the meditation philosophies of Sam Harris in the Waking Up app. Waking Up is an inclusive, non-religious set of guided meditations with influences from multiple traditions, including Mindfulness (Vipassana), Dzochen (Tibetan Buddhism), and others combined with modern neuroscience and philosophy.
Our events feature:
