✅ can rally consistently from the baseline
✅ can keep a ball in play for multiple shots
✅ have played tennis before and are comfortable with the basics
Please note:
This session is focused primarily on rallying and organised play. To ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience, it is important that participants can rally consistently.
❌ This session is not suitable for complete beginners or players who are still learning to sustain rallies.

If you’re unable to rally consistently yet, you likely won’t get the most out of this session, as much of the time will be spent rallying with different partners. We will be hosting Beginner & Improver Tennis sessions soon, which will be a much better fit and a more enjoyable experience for players who are newer to the game.
