Rivierenhof park (8 km)

Dear beautiful people,
Let’s go back to where it all started! Our first group walks - both a year ago and last spring - took place in Rivierenhof. It’s a beautiful, easily accessible park where I used to walk often. This time, I’d like to try a different route and discover corners of the park I might have missed before. I’d love for you to join me for a relaxed Sunday afternoon of walking and chatting.

We will meet near Oorlogsmonument at 14:00. Although this is not a long walk, last time we enjoyed our time afterwards at Bar Stark that closes at 18:30.

General information:

• We wait for 5 minutes after the starting time if no one has announced they will be late.
• If someone has informed us they will be late, we wait up to 15 minutes after the starting time.
• The location of the group is shared in the WhatsApp group for approximately 45-50 minutes after the starting time for those arriving more than 15 minutes late.
• To ensure everyone feels comfortable, and since some walking paths may not be dog-friendly, we kindly ask that you do not bring dogs or other pets.
• Walks may be canceled due to forecasted heavy rain or temperatures above 30°C or below 5°C. A final decision will be made by 10 AM on the day of the walk.
• There is a seasonal (one time payment valid throughout the year 2025) fee of 5 euros for the people that are not attending for the first time and have not already paid.
