Join me, Jennifer Drath, for a quiet, guided walk along the peaceful Hertz Trail at Lake Whatcom. I’m a coach who helps people feel more present, grounded, and connected to themselves—especially when life feels overwhelming or unclear.
On this walk, we’ll move slowly and pay attention—to the sounds around us, the rhythm of our breath, and the thoughts or feelings that show up. You’ll have space to speak what’s on your heart or just be quiet and take it all in.
