Evening Walks for Calm, Clarity & Connection

Details

Do you ever find yourself feeling wound up at the end of the day—caught in racing thoughts, tension in your body, or the heaviness of stress that won’t let go? Many of us carry the day home with us: the to-do list running on repeat, the pressure to be “on,” and the feeling that rest is just out of reach.

These walks are designed as a reset button. When we step into nature, move our bodies, and bring attention to our breath and senses, something shifts. Shoulders drop, the nervous system unwinds, and there’s a natural spaciousness that reminds us we are okay—right here, right now.

I’ve witnessed again and again how simple presence while walking opens the door to transformation. A worried mind softens into clarity. A tense body relaxes into safety. Overwhelm gives way to possibility. The walk becomes not just exercise, but a practice of coming home to yourself.

What to Expect:

A co-created experience—you choose the location in Whatcom County

30+ minutes of walking with light coaching woven in

Nervous system regulation tools you can use anytime

$60 for 60 minutes

✨ Bring comfortable shoes, a layer for evening weather, and an openness to connect with yourself in a new way.
