We’ll wander through the lush forest beside Lake Whatcom, following the gentle rhythm of breath, footsteps, and the fading light. This is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what’s alive—within and around you.

The trail is mostly flat, following the shoreline of Lake Whatcom—an easy out-and-back path where you can turn around anytime.
Dogs on leash are welcome.

🌅 Sunset: ~6:15 pm • Civil twilight ~6:48 pm — so we’ll finish in the soft glow of dusk.

What to Bring
Comfortable walking shoes, water, and layers for the weather. A thermos of tea or warm drink is always a cozy touch.

✨ All are welcome—come exactly as you are.

If you’d like to support my work in creating and holding these mindful nature experiences, I gratefully accept donations ($10–$20 suggested), either in person or via Venmo (@Jennifer-Drath). Your support helps me continue offering these gatherings for our community.
