Join us for a gentle walk through the peaceful trails of Deming Homestead Eagle Park, where conversation unfolds as naturally as the path beneath our feet.
This isn't a hike with a destination or a networking event with an agenda. It's an opportunity to slow down, breathe fresh air, and connect—with nature, with others, and with yourself.

Whether you're navigating change, seeking inspiration, processing life's challenges, or simply craving meaningful conversation, you're welcome here. We'll walk at a comfortable pace, allowing space for curiosity, reflection, laughter, and silence when it feels right.

There is no pressure to share or to have everything figured out. Just come as you are. Nature has a way of helping us untangle what our minds cannot, and sometimes the most profound insights arrive between footsteps.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable walking shoes or sandals suitable for the trail
  • Lightweight, weather-appropriate clothing for a summer outing
  • Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses)
  • Water to stay hydrated

If the day is warm, feel free to bring a towel or wear clothing you don't mind getting wet. The river is a wonderful place to cool off after our walk, and many people enjoy dipping their feet—or taking a refreshing swim if they choose.

Together, we'll practice the simple art of being human—one step, one breath, and one conversation at a time.
