The Bellin Run starts and finishes on Webster Ave. in front of Bellin Hospital. The event uses an assigned corral start to ensure the Bellin Run is safe and enjoyable - and allows participants the opportunity for peak performance.

7:50 a.m. National Anthem
7:53 a.m. Wheelchair and MyTEAM TRIUMPH start
8 a.m. 5K & 10K start

You will want to come early to find parking - you may need to walk a bit to arrive at the park- it will be crowded so we can discusssd ahead of time phone numbers, early meetup and or meeting at the correct corral

If doing the 10k (and your first)

I plan to walk at a faster pace as it is timed and id like to try going faster then last year

I encourage a water holding(bladder) backpack to sip water while walking

This will requirere prepping if you are not in shape, to build up to it

Optional- friday evening is a family fun festival for packet pickup from 3-8 pm
