Bike ride at Saratoga National Historic Park

This is a very scenic ride touring through the Battlefield, down along the Hudson River, and then through the National Cemetery. There are some modest hills and one short one you might want to walk up. Registration is 8:30 to 8:55 and the ride will commence at 9:00 am. All bikers must sign in and pay the $4 event fee. The start point will be in the lower parking lot at the Saratoga Battlefield Visitor Center. Bathrooms are available at the visitor center, along the tour road, and at the National Cemetery. For those folks that might not want to do the whole ride, you can return to the visitor center at the end of the tour road and skip the cemetery. Bike helmets are required. Bikes should be in good repair and tires properly inflated. We will not ride if it is raining or a significant threat of rain and/or lightning. Cancelation notice would be approximately around 7 pm the evening before.
