Walk in Scotia's Northside

Come walk with Empire State Capital Volkssporters,ESCVwalks.org on a fun walk in Scotia's northside. Walk on residential city streets and sidewalks, exploring a wonderful area of the Capital District. Choose either a 5k or 10k pre-designed route. Sign-in is between 9:30-9:55. Registration will be done in the lobby of the Comfort Inn & Suites near the ATM machine. Pets are welcome at the walk, but not indoors at the start point.
Bathrooms will be available in the lobby area. All 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ must sign a registration waiver and pay the $4.00 walk fee. Enjoy fun, fitness, friendship and fresh air with us!
