Starfeather is in a no WiFi zone on her Medicine Shield Retreat.

This is a precious/powerful time, a turning of the Wheel at Fall Equinox in the Direction of the West. It is a time of Harvest, of gathering energy for the long Winter ahead. This is the time of equal day and night, a time to slow down and take stock of who we are and where we're going. We step off the path of "progress" to reassess and let go of what no longer serves. Mama Bear is our guide as we open to healing and looking deep within for understanding.

We return next week, Sept 28th, to begin our next series of Medicine Wheel Guided Jouneys and Women's Circle.
