IMPORTANT: In the event of severe weather, the walk may be relocated indoors, or rescheduled. We will update everyone on the Meetup group of any changes to location and/or timing.
This walk is the perfect opportunity to take a step towards a healthier you.
Connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for wellness, and discover the transformative power of walking for fitness and health.
We will start with a short talk (about 5 minutes) and then will walk the loop that goes around the lake. Everyone walks at their own pace and everyone is welcome. Come join us!
