Maple Valley - Gnome Trail and Arboretum 5K/8K/10K

New Route: Walk out and back on the Maple Valley Green to Cedar River Trail with side detours to the Gnome Trail and the Community Center. The light gravel forested trail is a former rail bed and passes Lake Wilderness. We will also walk through the Lake Wilderness Arboretum.

Please arrive at 9:45 to register and prepare to walk at 10:00.

Arrive early as the walk starts promptly at 10 am. The walk is 10K (6.2 miles) or 5K (3.1 miles) and rated 1B for flat terrain with gravel and bark trails.

There are restrooms on the at the start and at the Community Center.
Everyone must register before the walk. For those wanting IVV credit, the cost is $3.00. For others, a donation of $3.00 is encouraged to help pay for meet-up charges and walk box information are always welcome.
Directions:
From SR 167 take SR18 east 9 miles to SE 272 St (SR 516.) RIGHT on SE 272 St 5 miles to Four Corners Square. Left at 238th Ave. SE. RIGHT at next street, LEFT into Johnson Home and Garden parking lot. PLEASE PARK AWAY FROM THE FRONT OF THE STORE.
