Emerald City Wanderers invite you to the Traditional Walk Event celebrating bees! Join us for this fun walk!
Trail (2A) 5K/10K Walk on paved surfaces as you celebrate bees at the Bee Festival Walk in Seattle's High Point Park area. Enjoy sweeping views, pocket parks and the highest point in Seattle.
Misc: IVV Credit $4.00. All participants are welcome and must register. Suggested donation $4 as this club pays AVA $2 for each walker.

Address given above (Graham St.) is the street address that is nearest the Start Location at the Bee Garden. Address given below (Morgan St.) is for the closest parking lot, which is one block from the Start Location. Start Location is in the park, at the entry to the Bee Garden which faces the park. Look for the IVV banner. Strollers are okay, but ask for the stairway bypass when you register at the walk. Portable restrooms at Start Location.

From I-5, take the West Seattle Bridge exit (NB drivers will take exit 163, SB drivers will take exit 163A). Cross the bridge and continue in the left lane, uphill, to traffic light at 35th Ave. SW. Turn left on 35th, and continue approximately 1.2 miles to SW Morgan St. Turn left on Morgan. In 1.5 blocks, turn left into the parking lot for Holiday Bridge Park / Senior Living. Attendant and/or yard signs will direct you from the parking lot to the Start Location at the Bee Garden. Other street parking also available.

Metro Bus: Route 21: disembark at the stop at 35th Ave SW & SW Raymond St. Walk east on Raymond, past the library, and turn right on Lanham Pl. SW. Bee Garden is on your left. Route 128: disembark at the stop at Lanham Pl. SW. Walk north on Lanham to the Bee Garden on your right.
